Client manages fund raising campaigns and virtual Call Centers for use by the PBS Affiliate TV stations. Our software development services are used to provide additional capabilities for the many applications they have in place. This includes virtual Call Center Software (inbound/outbound), CRM Tools, Donation Management, TV Schedule Management (multi format feeds), Credit Card Processing, Gift Management (Donation Levels, Inventory, etc.). Applications were developed using an object oriented structure (where possible) with ColdFusion and a SQL Server backend.
