Work with a small yet rapidly growing software development company in Chicago on a variety of projects. We mainly develop web applications for various industries (Financial, Insurance, Manufacturing). Occasionally we may also need assistance with ASP, VB, Java, or MS Access projects.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, but most of the work can be done remotely. Come in to work from our Chicago office only once or twice a week.

We are looking to work with someone on a contract (1099 or w2) or contract to perm basis.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have 3+ years web development experience with C#, VB.Net and Javascript. Sql Server experience is also required.
• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be available immediately.
• Be in the Chicago area.
• Have the legal right to work in the USA.

• Website Design, Web Services, AJAX, Sharepoint, DotNetNuke, XML, and ECommerce experience would be helpful.
• CruiseControl.Net, NHibernate, Unit Testing, Agile Development Methodology, Team Foundation Server, and Sql Server Reporting Services also a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong work ethic
• Have the legal right to work in the USA.
